1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 93jili platform and services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms apply to all users of the 93jili platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered players, and VIP members.

Your continued use of the 93jili platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice, and such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting to the 93jili website.

§ 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with 93jili, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of account registration. 93jili operates in strict compliance with Philippine gaming regulations, which prohibit individuals under the age of 21 from participating in online gaming activities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any legal incapacity, guardianship, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and during all gaming activities. 93jili services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law.
• Account Uniqueness: You may only register and maintain one (1) account with 93jili. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes.
• Identity Verification: 93jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

§ 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 93jili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or 93jili customer support representatives.
• Immediately notify 93jili of any unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, particularly when accessing 93jili from shared or public devices.

93jili shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your disclosure of login credentials to third parties. In the event of suspected unauthorized account access, 93jili reserves the right to immediately suspend your account pending investigation and identity verification.

§ 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the 93jili platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. The standard minimum deposit is ₱100 PHP.
• Maximum deposit limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Unverified accounts are subject to lower deposit limits.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon successful processing by your payment provider.
• 93jili does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider or financial institution may charge transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges verified by 93jili.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and verified through our identity verification process.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱300 PHP. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of documentation, including government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya; 1-3 business days for bank transfers; and up to 5 business days for other payment methods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until such requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 93jili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks and request further documentation for withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 PHP or when fraudulent activity is suspected.
• All withdrawals are subject to a 1x playthrough requirement, meaning you must wager your deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and abuse of the platform.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

93jili operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We maintain strict policies to prevent the use of our platform for money laundering or terrorist financing activities. As part of our AML compliance program, we reserve the right to:

• Request enhanced identity verification documents at any time, particularly for large transactions or suspicious account activity.
• Monitor all transactions for unusual patterns or suspicious activity.
• Report suspicious transactions to Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.
• Freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation when money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Refuse service to individuals or entities identified on sanctions lists or involved in criminal activity.

§ 5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

93jili offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. By accepting any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by the specific terms applicable to that bonus or promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount and must be met within the specified timeframe (usually 7-30 days).
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10-20%) or be excluded entirely. Full game contribution details are provided in each bonus's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (typically ₱100-₱500 PHP per spin or hand). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiration: All bonuses must be wagered within the specified timeframe. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from such bonuses will be forfeited upon expiration.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, you may only have one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: 93jili employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players, or employing betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and winnings forfeited and may face permanent account termination.

5.2 Bonus Forfeiture

93jili reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, bonus abuse has occurred, or fraudulent activity has taken place. In such cases, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited, and only the original deposit amount (if any) will be returned to the player.

§ 6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 93jili platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined independently and are not influenced by previous outcomes, player behavior, or external factors. By playing on the 93jili platform, you agree to the following gaming rules:

• All game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to customer support within 24 hours of the disputed game session.
• In the event of technical malfunction, communication error, or software failure, all affected game rounds will be void, and all bets will be refunded to the affected players.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and promotions. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum win limit will be forfeited.
• 93jili reserves the right to void any game round or bet where it is determined that the outcome was influenced by external factors, cheating, or exploitation of software bugs.
• Irregular playing patterns, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies, hedging, or game exploitation, may result in forfeiture of winnings and account termination.

§ 7. Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 93jili platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, identity fraud, or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, maintaining, or using more than one account per individual, including accounts created using different personal information or payment methods.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hand information in poker games, or engaging in any form of team play in games designed for individual play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage or financial benefit.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any third-party tools to interact with the 93jili platform or games.
• Circumvention of Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions, IP blocks, or account suspensions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 93jili platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 93jili staff members through chat features, email, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, 93jili's servers, or any restricted areas of the platform.

§ 8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 93jili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation of data, is the property of 93jili or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 93jili platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 93jili platform without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the 93jili platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any content on the platform.
• Use the 93jili name, logo, or trademarks without express written authorization.
• Frame or link to the 93jili platform without prior written permission.

§ 9. Privacy and Data Protection

93jili is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 93jili platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, 93JILI AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the 93jili platform or services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, interruptions, errors, or delays in the platform or services.
• Loss of winnings or funds due to your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

93jili provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 93jili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

§ 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the 93jili platform, or your relationship with 93jili shall be resolved through the following process:

11.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact 93jili customer support to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through good-faith negotiations. You must submit a written complaint describing the nature of the dispute and any supporting documentation within thirty (30) days of the incident giving rise to the dispute. 93jili will investigate your complaint and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.

11.2 Regulatory Complaint

If you are not satisfied with 93jili's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which regulates 93jili's operations. Contact information for PAGCOR's gaming complaints unit is available on our website.

11.3 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes or regulatory intervention, you and 93jili agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285). Arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language, by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 93jili.

§ 12. Termination and Account Closure

93jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide accurate information or requested verification documents.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed).
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the 93jili platform will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your account balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending investigations and deduction of any fees or charges owed to 93jili.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gaming purposes.

§ 13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

93jili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the 93jili platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
